What will you do on a daily basis?
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, Researchers, and Business stakeholders.
• Define interaction patterns and frameworks for AI-powered experiences.
• Design persona-driven experiences that reflect real consumer behaviors, motivations, and decision-making patterns.
• Own the end-to-end conversational user experience across the shopping journey.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, predictable, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives when making design decisions.
• Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and scalable design practices.
• Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
What do we expect?
• 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
• Experience designing conversational, chat-based, voice, or AI-assisted interfaces.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, shopping, marketplace, or consumer internet products.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture and multi-step interaction design.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design both detailed components and end-to-end experiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and designing for uncertainty, ambiguity, and probabilistic outputs.
• Experience working on 0→1 products or solving complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, content creation, and design workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and Auto Layout.
