What will you do on a daily basis?
Actively identify and explore new sales opportunities within target markets and industry segments.
Present our agency’s portfolio and services through engaging, well-crafted presentations and live demonstrations.
Partner with the design and strategy teams to develop persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and project estimates.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Craft and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that clearly articulate our design thinking and creative strategy.
Stay updated about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Represent the agency at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote our services and generate leads.
What do we expect?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or client servicing—preferably in a creative, design, or digital agency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
