We are looking for a Product Designer who's got a knack for creativity and empathy and loves putting users front and center in their designs! It would be exciting if you could flex your UX design skills, right from research to prototyping.

Every day at CX100 is going to be thrilling as you will get to-

• Explore user research, analyze data, and craft product strategies using advanced methods, while collaborating with the team for implementation.

• Craft information architecture, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and intricate IA systems to optimize user journeys across products and websites.

• Chalk out interactive prototypes, from basic to complex projects, while adding a dash of animations and micro-interactions to spice up the user experience!

• Work with Figma, enhance interactions, team up with collaborators, and refine prototypes for realistic products.

• Apply UCD principles, emphasize a user-centric approach, and integrate advanced UCD principles with a focus on user empathy throughout product development.

• Conduct usability testing, brainstorm for unique enhancement, and explore diverse testing methods.

• Interact with clients, maintain regular communication to deliver tasks and ensure project success.

For this role, we would love to see you have -

• A solid 2-6 years of experience working as Product Designer.

• An impressive portfolio of case studies that highlight your strengths.

• Bachelors/master's in design or UX Certification (HFI) would be great, however, self-trained designers with relevant experience are also welcome.

• Hands-on experience working with design tools, Figma proficiency is a must.

• Meet deadlines, uphold organizational values, take ownership, and maintain transparency throughout.

• A creative thinker who consistently offers unique and original suggestions, showcasing the ability to think outside the box.

• Excitement about learning, capable of putting theory into practice, and adept at applying complex information to assigned tasks.
