OUR SPRINTS

In our design sprints, we utilise the Double Diamond process, a renowned methodology for problem identification and solution development. This outcomes-focused framework fosters creativity and innovation, ensuring we address the core issue and its impact on end-users effectively. Prior to the sprint our sprint team does a deep dive into the problem area to make sure we have all relevant content ready for the discovery, this includes competitor analysis, customer anecdotes from research, usability testing data and any other relevant information that helps participants understand the problem better.
