Paul also known as “thunder from down under” due to his Australian nationality, is passionate about Customer Experience and believes that customers are the single-most important element for every organization. Their buying experience should be seamless, engaging, and memorable. For almost all his life, Paul has flourished in the Customer Experience domain, from entry-level opportunities to senior leadership roles. Paul started as a CRM Process Analyst with Spotlight Retail Group, Australia , and today, his evolving journey has taken him to every corner of the globe, and in a variety of roles. Before joining CX100, Paul was a North American CX Practice Leader for a large systems integrator. Paul lives with his family in the sun-drenched city of Boca Raton, Florida where he can hit the beautiful beaches daily. While on one side, Paul loves turning complex business problems into world-class customer experiences, the fun side of him wants to be a golfer, globe traveler, and a sports enthusiast.
