We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee our engagement with a leading Fortune 10 client based in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, coupled with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint within India and beyond.

What will you do on a daily basis?
Maintain and Grow Revenue: Maintain existing revenue streams and achieve a 60% revenue growth in the first calendar year.
Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a minimum of 4 out of 5 customer satisfaction rating.
Business Expansion: Expand our footprint beyond India to other locations such as Singapore and USA.
Prospecting and Sales: Prospect for new opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Invoicing and Collections: Manage invoicing and ensure timely collections.
Resource Management: Manage our employees assigned to the account, ensuring optimal utilization while maintaining pre-agreed gross margins per resource.
Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the main point of contact for the customer hiring managers.
Collaborate with employees to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities
Travel: Travel as required to meet with the hiring managers and explore new opportunities.
Case Studies and Information Sharing: Periodically prepare case studies on projects by interacting with our employees assigned to the Account. Conduct brown bag lunch sessions for information sharing and lessons learned.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on revenue, customer satisfaction, and business expansion efforts.
What do we expect?
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Overall experience of 6+ years in sales or business development preferably within the design or technology industry, with at least 2-3 years specifically in managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts.
Strong understanding of UX/UI/Research services and design principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
